5 Megapixels for High-Definition Display
When a monitor displays data that exceeds its maximum resolution, the data is downsampled, resulting in a loss in image quality. The RX570 displays 5 megapixels (2048 x 2560 pixels) with a pixel pitch of 0.165 mm, ensuring highly detailed mammography images are shown more clearly compared to 2 or 3 megapixel monitors.

Full Color Support for Ultrasound, Breast CT and MRI
The RX570, while a color monitor, achieves an impressive brightness of 1200 cd/m2. This allows it to display high-definition monochrome breast tomosynthesis and mammography images conveniently alongside color images from breast MRI, CT, and ultrasound, all on one screen.
Variations for Specific User Needs
EIZO offers anti-glare (AG) and anti-reflection (AR) screen variations to suit user environments. AG treatment is ideal for exceptionally bright environments and drastically reduces glare from ambient lighting. AR treatment is ideal for moderately-lit environments to reduce mild screen glare while maintaining crisp text and images.

Hybrid Display of Monochrome and Color
The Hybrid Gamma PXL function automatically distinguishes between monochrome and color images, optimizing grayscale for each pixel. This allows for the simultaneous display of monochrome mammography images according to the DICOM standard (GSDF) and color images from breast MRI, CT, and ultrasound at Gamma 2.2 on the same screen, enhancing reading efficiency.
Visual AssessmentKumamoto Chuo Hospital in Japan conducted a visual assessment of a RadiForce monitor equipped with the Hybrid Gamma PXL function. They observed an approximate 37% improvement when using a color monitor with Hybrid Gamma PXL compared to one without. Achieve Clarity True to the Source Data
A medical monitor must achieve high brightness to meet performance standards. However, to achieve this in an LCD panel, the pixel aperture ratio has to be increased, resulting in a decline in sharpness. EIZO's unique Sharpness Recovery technology restores this loss in sharpness (MTF), ensuring images displayed on the monitor remain true to the original source data, even at high brightness levels.
MTF measures numerically how faithfully the panel transfers detail from the original image data for viewing. When Sharpness Recovery is turned on, in the case of a 2 pixel line pair (spatial frequency of 1.515 cycles/mm) the MTF increases by approximately 45%.
Boost Images for Easy Viewing
The Instant Backlight Booster function allows users to maintain the monitor at the recommended 500 cd/m2 for standard tasks and, with a single hotkey, instantly boost brightness to the maximum level of 1200 cd/m2 for a seamless user workflow. The brightness automatically reverts to its original level after a set period, ensuring optimal performance for critical image viewing sessions while minimizing strain on the backlight over time.
DICOM Part 14 is not supported while Instant Backlight Booster is on.
Barrier-Free Workstyle
Modern medical imaging workflows require multiple workstations and monitors, which can be complex and impact productivity. To promote a barrier-free workstyle, the monitor features Switch-and-Go function, allowing users to operate two workstations with a single keyboard and mouse. This enables seamless cursor movement across screens, reducing the need for multiple peripheral devices and enhancing overall workflow efficiency.

Seamless Viewing, Hassle-Free Use
The RX570 MammoDuo integrates two RX570 monitors side-by-side with a dedicated stand.
Distraction-Free Viewing
With a 7.5 mm bezel, the total distance between two side-by-side screens is only 15 mm. Furthermore the screen is almost completely flat with the bezel sitting only 2.5 mm above the screen.
Clean and Sophisticated
The black front bezels are ideal for viewing the screen in dark reading rooms, making it easier to focus on images, while the original white stripe around the sides of the monitor presents a fresh, clean aesthetic. Rounded corners and elegant curves on the back present a gentle aesthetic and facilitate a comforting environment for patients and medical staff.
Hassle-Free Multi-Monitor Configuration
The monitor is equipped with DisplayPortTM input and output terminals. Using the output terminal allows you to easily configure several monitors in a daisy chain sequence without the hassle of excessive cabling.
A graphics board that supports daisy chain is necessary.
Additional signal cables may be required.

Eco-Conscious Packaging
EIZO is committed to reducing its environmental impact by transitioning away from plastic and other environmentally unfriendly materials in product packaging. Single RX570 monitors are packaged using molded pulp made from recycled cardboard and newspaper, and dual monitors are packaged in cardboard. The monitor's cables are wrapped in paper instead of plastic bags.
EIZO also uses halogen-free PCBs (printed circuit board).
