New Festo Building Features EIZO FlexScan EV2450 | EIZO

Festo inaugurated its new Automation Center at the Esslingen site in Germany last year, serving as an impressive structure indicating the company’s symbolic place in the industry. The building stands tall with a height of 67 meters, 16 floors, and a floor space measuring 12,000 square meters, providing enough room for 400 work stations.

The highly modern character of the building and the way it combines aesthetics, technology, and energy efficiency illustrate the company’s dedication to high quality and progress. Even the company’s choice of monitors – products from EIZO – demonstrates this point.

Two EIZO FlexScan EV2450 monitors are used at each of the work stations in the new building, where the company develops tailored solutions for factory and process automation. “The EV2450 is a truly innovative product, perfectly suited for our new Automation Center. The narrow bezel makes it look almost completely frameless, making it the ideal product for the dual-screen solution that we favor,” says Tobias Reiter, Inf. Mgmt. IT Contracts. “Furthermore, EIZO offers a good price-performance ratio as well as a five-year guarantee spanning the product’s entire service life,” he adds.

Festo and EIZO have a business relationship that goes back many years. One of the reasons for this successful long-term partnership is the fact that EIZO shares Festo’s commitment to making high-quality innovative products.
