1. Description
When connecting a USB Standard Rev.1.1 compliant monitor with a computer via the USB hub of a USB Standard Rev. 2.0 compliant monitor (see the diagram below), the computer may not recognize the monitor (Monitor 2). In this state, the computer cannot control the monitor and above mentioned software does not function.



2. Countermeasure
Connect Monitor 2 directly to the computer or through a USB Rev. 1.1 compliant monitor or hub.
