Note on Using ActiveRotation II function on ColorEdge CG210

Applicable Monitors:
ColorEdge CG210

1. Description

When changing the monitor orientation from landscape to portrait or vice-versa using the ActiveRotation II function on the ColorEdge CG210, it may be necessary to calibrate it in both portrait and landscape modes and reload each result when changing orientations because operating systems recognize portrait and landscape modes as different states.

2. Procedure
1. Calibrate the monitor in landscape mode with ColorNavigator.

2. Change the monitor to portrait mode using the ActiveRotation II function and then calibrate the monitor with ColorNavigator.

3 When changing it back to landscape mode using the ActiveRotation II function, load the calibration record made in procedure #1 above on "Adjust the monitor with the past adjustment" in ColorNavigator.

The color profile and monitor adjustment data for landscape mode will be reflected on the monitor.

4. When changing it back to portrait mode using the ActiveRotation II function, load the calibration record made in procedure #2 above on "Adjust the monitor with the past adjustment" in ColorNavigator.

The color profile and monitor adjustment data for landscape mode will be reflected on the monitor.
