Precautions for using ScreenManager Pro for USB on Multiple Monitors |

Applicable Monitors: CRT monitors support for ScreenManager Pro for USB
To control multiple monitors by ScreenManager Pro for USB, the following graphics boards are required and the following setup procedures are required after the graphics board installing.
1. Graphics Board Conditions for Using ScreenManager Pro for USB on Multiple Monitors

1 Some graphics boards with dual output ports do not support gamma correction or overlay functions on the secondary output. Please run the test software "WindowMovie Checker" on each screen to make sure that your graphics board supports these functions.
2. Setup for Multiple Monitors
To use ScreenManager Pro for USB on multiple monitors, the following setup procedures are required after installing the graphics board.
2-1. Display Properties: Windows 2000 / XP

2-1-1. Open Display Properties.
2-1-2. On the [Settings] tab, two or more monitor icons are displayed. Click the secondary monitor (other monitor used with the primary monitor) icon.
2-1-3. Click [Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor].

2-1-4. Windows desktop is displayed on the selected monitor screen.
If separate resolutions for each video output are available, multiple monitor icons are displayed on the [Settings] tab as shown in Fig. 1. |
2-2. ScreenManager Pro for USB

2-2-1. Open Display Properties.
2-2-2. Choose Settings > Advanced > ScreenManager Pro.
2-2-3. Click [Setup Multiple Monitors] button.
2-2-4. Click [Detect] button. |

2-2-5. When the setup for multiple monitors is successfully completed, the dialog box shown in Fig. 3 is displayed.

When clicking [Support Information] button (Fig. 3), the information on the detected monitor (e.g. product model number: MA-****) is provided.
