Slim and Convenient
The bezels on this stylish monitor are even thinner than those
of our previous SlimEdge models: a mere 15 mm top and bottom
and just under 13 mm on the sides. This not only saves space
on crowded desktops, it facilitates multi-panel configurations.
And with its 100 mm height-adjustable stand, 90° pivot,
and tilt/swivel capabilities, getting the best viewing position
is easy. |
Detailed Image Control
The high quality image reproduction of this monitor is complemented
by extensive color control features. Color temperature can be
adjusted in 500 K increments from 4,000 to 10,000 K (including
9,300 K). Independent control of hue, saturation and gain are
also provided for achieving maximum color performance. |
Dual DVI-I Ports
With two DVI-I ports, the L788-i accepts digital and analog signals
from up to two computers. A button on the front panel lets you
switch between the two connections instantaneously. |
High Speed USB Hub
This one upstream, two downstream hub facilitates high speed
(480 MB/s) connections with other USB peripherals. |
10-Bit Gamma Correction
Produces smooth gradations of color with its 10-bit LUT (Look-Up
Table) that automatically converts 8-bit data (256 gradations)
received from the computer to 10-bit (1,021 gradations) and
then reassigns this data back to 8-bits with the ideal gamma
values. |
Brightness Stabilization Function
Ensures stable brightness - necessary for the proper display
of color - with EIZO patented technology*. A drift correction
sensor quickly stabilizes the brightness level after startup
or coming out of power saving mode. Furthermore, the monitor
detects and automatically compensates for brightness changes
caused by surrounding temperatures and the passage of time.

Product Information Display
The product name, serial number, and total usage time can all
be confirmed in the on-screen display menu. |
Free Mount Capability
Panel can be removed from its stand and can be mounted on VESA-compliant
arms or stands. Also available without the stand (L788-iF) for
customers that require a different mounting solution. The power
supply unit is panel-integrated so there is no separate power
brick or cord. |
Regulatory Standards
Complies with current international standards concerning safety,
ergonomics, and power management as well as "EIZO Eco Products
2004," an in-house label covering such environmental issues
as manufacture with lead-free solder and chrome-free steel plates. |
