Why does EIZO EasyPIX Software 2 need more loading time than previous version?

Because EIZO EasyPIX Software 2.0.0 checks DDC/CI on start-up By turning off the DDC/CI function, you can shorten the loading time of a monitor controlled by USB such as a FlexScan SX or S series model. Please refer to the monitor's user's manual when turning off the DDC/CI function. An example of how to turn it off with FlexScan SX2462W is given below. (1) Press the power button to turn off the monitor. (2) While pressing the mode button, holding the power button down al least 2 seconds to turn on the monitor. (3) Choose "DDC/CI" from the "Optional Settings" menu. (4) Select "Off". (5) Return to the "Optional Settings" menu and select "Finish" to close the menu.
