| Smooth and Dependable Color Reproduction
Many LCD panels work with an 8-bit look-up table (color table) and generally do not accurately reproduce color as grayscale gradations. This becomes apparent when viewing grayscales: progressions become bands or consolidated stripes. ColorEdge LCD monitors work with a 10-bit look-up table. This controls the gradation for especially smooth transitions.
