Why is the "Video Area Enhancer" of the Smart Resolution function dimmed and not possible to change?

"Video Area Enhancer" is possible to change with DVI-D or HDMI input ports. Please note that it is not possible to change with the D-Sub input port. [ Applicable Product ] FORIS FS2332
