DesktopViewer is an EIZO original viewing application* that can display images (JPG, BMP, and TIFF only) or any selected area of the screen in an overlay window at the monitor's maximum brightness setting. The image can then be freely enlarged or reduced, and a color editing function allows for altering brightness, contrast, chroma, hue and gamma values.
To assure each image in the overlay window is displayed to perfection, DesktopViewer comes with 5 user selectable modes with various gamma and sharpness settings. One of these modes, P.I.M. Mode, offers color management with PRINT Image Matching (ver. I & II) and Exif 2.2 - enabled digital cameras and printers.
*DesktopViewer is part of the "ScreenManager Pro" software included with select LCD and CRT models. DesktopViewer is supported by the Windows 2000 and XP operating systems only. |
